Business Coaching

At Inclusive Action, we recognize that accessing capital is just one part of your business journey. That’s why every business that receives a loan through our Access to Capital programs is paired with a dedicated business coach.

Our coaches — known as Technical Assistants — provide personalized, one-on-one support designed to meet the unique needs of each business owner. We build trust with our clients and provide tailored support to meet your unique needs at each stage of your journey. Our business coaches reflect the communities we serve, bringing cultural competency, lived experience, and a deep understanding of the small business landscape. Many are entrepreneurs themselves.

Business coaching includes guidance on a range of topics such as business planning, pricing strategies, marketing, permitting, licensing, credit building and access to additional resources. Coaches serve as trusted advisors who help identify challenges early and connect clients with solutions, such as direct support or referrals to legal, tax, or financial partners. The goal is to ensure that businesses not only access funding, but also have the tools you need to use that capital effectively.

To access business coaching, eligible small business owners begin by applying for one of our loan programs. Learn more about our small business loans now.
