We’re a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) offering low-interest loans to small businesses across Los Angeles County. We want to help you grow your business!

We have unique experience working with immigrant entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs of color, helping to bring equitable access and opportunity to historically marginalized communities.

Our loans

Small Business Loan

  • Businesses operating in Los Angeles County
  • Under $3 million in gross annual revenue
  • Generating consistent and verifiable revenue for at least 6 months 
  • 1 year minimum of industry experience
  • No minimum credit score. A hard credit pull is required & credit history is considered
  • Personal Guarantee required
  • Collateral and/or security deposit reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Loans range from $500-$250,000
  • Interest rates range 5%-8% fixed annually
  • Payment frequency: monthly
  • Up to 7 years
  • No pre-payment penalties
  • Business coaching and workshops available

Eaton Wildfire Recovery Loan

  • Began operations on or before January 1, 2024
  • Under $3 million in gross annual revenue
  • Fewer than 10 employees (including owner)
  • Physically located in one of the following qualifying zip codes (91001, 91024, 91104, 91107)
  • For businesses that relocated, must have plans to come back to operate at original location or a new location within the qualifying zipcodes
  • Experienced demonstrable financial losses as a result of the Eaton wildfire
  • Currently operating and generating continuous revenue for at least the past 6 months
  • Loans go up to $75,000
  • Interest rate at 6% fixed annually
  • Up to 5 years 
  • Monthly payment frequency
  • No pre-payment penalties 
  • Loan can be used to cover working capital expenses, equipment purchases, inventory, or tenant improvements
