Inclusive Action is seeking a Senior Associate of Community Land & Real Estate to lead Inclusive Action’s Real Estate and Land (REAL) portfolio. The position is responsible for the management, visioning, and growth of IAC’s land and real estate portfolio - creating pathways for ownership of land, commercial and residential real estate, and creation of affordable housing for underserved communities and those most at risk of displacement from their neighborhoods.

The Senior Director of Lending will play a pivotal role in managing the organization's lending portfolio, ensuring quality control, driving the lending team’s fundraising efforts, and fostering strategic partnerships to expand our impact.

Inclusive Action is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Loan Underwriter (part-time) to support Inclusive Action’s Access to Capital initiatives by reviewing and analyzing Semi’a loan applications of low-income entrepreneurs. The part-time employee will work directly with the Underwriting Team and closely with IAC’s business coaching team, who conduct client intake, and IAC’s outreach team, whose work supports the build-up of the loan pipeline.
